Currently studying marketing at Columbus State Community College, Sara Gromelski has a strong interest in public relations and strategic communications. She has also developed her own small business creating and selling high-end jewelry. In addition, Sara Gromelski has in-depth knowledge of digital media marketing and media influence.
Since age 14, Ms. Gromelski has worked at her family’s restaurant, taking on varied roles as a hostess, caterer, barback, and bartender. She also has experience as a halfway house and bar cart attendant at Beechmont Country Club, serving guests and members while on and off the course. Ms. Gromelski’s country club position required collaboration with coworkers from various cultural backgrounds, including those who did not speak English as their first language. This strengthened her skills in cross-cultural communication and enabled her to practice active listening, even when busy.
Passionate about animals, Sara Gromelski has taken on foster and volunteer roles at multiple dog shelters.
